A useful Joyagoo spreadsheet link should lead back to the item you meant to investigate. Your notes must do the rest: identify the colour, size, quantity and package. A listing can contain several choices, and reopening its address may not restore the option you had selected.

Use the right kind of destination

A category page is a place to browse. A product page is a place to inspect one listing. An image can help identify a style, but it does not preserve the destination or the contents of an order.

For example, open this white long-sleeve top on OG. Save the item address with the intended size and colour, rather than saving only the photograph. Before ordering, compare the current option details with your original note.

For another layering option, inspect the web-design hoodie. If you need outerwear instead, inspect the black hooded puffer. These are different candidates, not interchangeable versions of the top: compare each listing's own measurements, included pieces and selected option before adding it to your row.

Keep a compact row

FieldWhat belongs there
ProductThe individual destination and a short identifying description
OptionSize, colour, quantity and included pieces
AmountCurrency, amount, date and whether it is an item or parcel cost
Fit questionA specific dimension or feature to resolve
Next stepCompare, ask, order, or remove from the shortlist

Keep the UK recipient's address, payment information and account details elsewhere. A shared product shortlist does not need them.

When a link no longer matches

If the page opens a different item, stop treating it as the original candidate. Search the relevant category, compare the description and create a separate replacement row. Old measurements and review comments should not automatically move to the replacement.

If the page opens but options do not load, return later or choose another identifiable candidate. A recognisable title alone is not enough to select a size. The best-spreadsheet guide explains how to assess whether a collection is useful beyond its thumbnails.

From OG to the purchasing stage

Inspect the product before choosing a purchasing platform. If OG offers a Joyagoo destination for the item, check the item and option again after opening it. Do not assume the transfer has retained a colour or quantity. The UK ordering guide keeps the selection and payment steps separate.

For UK budgeting, preserve the original currency beside the item. Shipping to your postcode is a later calculation; a saved product link does not contain a delivered GBP price unless the actual offer explicitly provides one.

Before sending the link to someone else

Include the detail you want them to assess: sleeve length, neckline, selected pieces or another specific feature. Ask for feedback on that question, rather than asking whether an entire shopping service is good based on a single product.

Return to the UK spreadsheet hub, read the review guide, or use the safety guide before entering account details.
