If you are new to the Joyagoo app, the first steps — creating an account, signing in, and finding your way around — set the tone for everything else. This guide walks you through each step so you can get to discovery quickly and safely.

Creating your account
Open the app and choose the sign-up option, then enter an email and a strong, unique password. Read the registration fields carefully before submitting, then check your inbox for a confirmation link to complete your account access. Use a password you have not used elsewhere.
Logging in safely
Use the same email and password you set up. If you forget your password, use the reset option to receive a recovery link. Keep your credentials private and never share them through a chat, spreadsheet cell, or message. Legitimate platforms will never ask for your password outside the official login screen.
