Joyagoo Spreadsheet Guide: From a Saved Find to a Parcel Decision
On this page
Use a Joyagoo spreadsheet to narrow your choices before turning them into an order. The important transition is from “I like this picture” to “I know which item, option and quantity I am considering.” Keep those details together as you move through buying and delivery decisions.
Joyagoo's shopping guidance, checked on 23 September 2026, separates product payment from international parcel submission. It describes product selection, payment for the item and Chinese local shipping, agent purchasing, warehouse arrival and photos, then parcel submission and international shipping payment. A product amount is therefore not automatically a delivered total.
1. Define the addition you want to make
Keep these three records separate
| Record | What belongs there | What it cannot confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Product shortlist | Listing address, chosen option, quantity and measurements to check | That an order has been placed |
| Item order | Payment record, purchasing status and photos for the received item | That an international parcel has departed |
| Parcel | Selected warehouse contents, packing, shipping payment and tracking events | The fit or performance of every included product |
When you use a product link from this guide, it opens an OG listing for discovery. It does not create a Joyagoo order or transfer an existing account record. Keep the product reference with the option you intend to purchase, then use the purchasing service's own order process for the transaction.
Start with a gap in what you already use. If you want another everyday shirt, decide whether its purpose is layering, warmer weather or a different fit. This makes it easier to reject an appealing item that does not meet the need.
For each candidate, write down the feature that matters most and the information needed to judge it. Avoid building a large cart before deciding whether any of its contents solve your original problem.
The best spreadsheet guide can help you compare collections without treating their size as a quality guarantee. To begin with a single item, look through this graphic T-shirt listing on OG and identify what you would need to know before choosing an option.
2. Preserve the exact selection
Save the address and selected colour, size and quantity. If a listing contains several pieces, check whether the chosen option includes all of them. Read the description for that option rather than relying on the largest picture.
Use the size guide when measurements are relevant. Compare matching units and endpoints; a label you normally wear is not enough to establish the dimensions of a different item.
If a link changes or loses the option when reopened, use the spreadsheet links guide. Resolve the identity of the purchase before proceeding to payment.
3. Keep the amount and the obligation clear
Before paying, identify what the screen says the payment covers. Keep your selected items separate from later parcel decisions in your notes. If you do not understand an amount or an added service, resolve that question before authorising the transaction.
Do not use another person's haul total as your own budget. Different contents, packaging choices and destinations can make it a different purchase. A useful personal budget distinguishes amounts already confirmed from amounts you still need to establish.
Keep receipts privately. When asking for help, describe the stage and issue without publishing payment credentials, addresses or account recovery information.
4. Read status labels as milestones
The official guide distinguishes agent purchasing from seller dispatch and warehouse arrival. “Purchased” does not mean a parcel has left for your address. Warehouse photos belong to another stage again.
When an update seems slow, identify the last recorded event and the question it leaves open. Ask about that event rather than assuming every delay concerns international shipping. Repeatedly placing the same order is not a way to clarify an existing order's state.
Keep item questions attached to the relevant order. If several items are involved, avoid describing them only as “the haul”: that makes it harder to distinguish an item still being purchased from one already awaiting your attention.
5. Review photos for the question they can answer
Compare the visible item with your selected option. Look at the feature that would affect your choice: colour arrangement, a visible mark, the indicated size or a requested measurement. If you need another angle, explain what you want it to show.
An image cannot answer every question about use. The spreadsheet review guide explains why appearance checks and product performance should not be treated as interchangeable. Do not interpret a favourable-looking picture as a test that has not taken place.
Check an apparent mismatch promptly using the QC photo guide and return process. Joyagoo's published eligible-return window is five days, or 120 hours, from the order status becoming QC completed. Seller approval, eligibility and condition requirements apply; tags or packaging removed at your request can affect eligibility. Return shipping and service charges may apply. This is a warehouse-stage policy, not a general promise that every delivered item can be returned within five days of home delivery.
Do not confuse three different deadlines
| Situation | Published timing checked on 28 September 2026 |
|---|---|
| Eligible return request | Five days / 120 hours from QC completion, subject to conditions |
| Free item storage | 90 days from the item becoming Stored |
| Submitted parcel awaiting shipping payment | 30 days of free parcel storage |
The storage allowance does not extend the return window. The storage policy also warns that goods may be treated as abandoned and disposed of if the period expires without parcel submission or payment and without communication. Use your actual status dates and the warehouse guide rather than counting from when you first saved the product link.
6. Make parcel choices deliberately
Before proceeding, confirm which items you intend to send and whether the address is correct. Review the available delivery choices and any selected extra services rather than accepting a remembered choice from another parcel.
In its current guide, Joyagoo describes direct parcel submission using an estimated shipping payment, and rehearsal as a paid packing step before the shipping payment. Check the amounts and terms shown for your parcel before choosing either path.
Use the shipping calculator guide to keep product dimensions separate from packed parcel dimensions. The shipping guide covers the next decision; tracking becomes relevant after the actual parcel record exists. Record the currency and included services with every estimate so you can compare like-for-like options.
Think about what packaging changes would remove as well as what they might save. If a box or included material matters to you, specify that need instead of treating all packaging as disposable. Keep any unresolved delivery restriction separate from an item's visual appeal.
7. Follow the actual parcel record
Once dispatch is recorded, follow the parcel's updates. An item purchase confirmation and a shipment movement are different records. Save the parcel reference privately so you can ask about the correct shipment if a question arises.
On receipt, compare the contents with your saved selections. Describe any issue precisely and retain the information needed to explain it. If you later share a review, distinguish your item experience from the delivery experience, and leave private identifiers out of images.
Before moving to the next step
Ask yourself three questions: what has actually happened, what decision am I making now, and what information would change that decision? If the answer concerns a different stage, return to the relevant record rather than guessing.
This keeps a spreadsheet useful throughout the process. It remains a way to organise finds and choices, while the actual order and parcel records tell you what has happened to your purchase.
Joyagoo vs Joyabuy: why older names appear
Joyagoo’s current help centre still uses Joyabuy in some older page addresses and navigation labels, including its registration agreement. When following an old spreadsheet, identify the current product and account destination instead of treating a legacy name as a second independent recommendation. For an existing order, use its actual account record; a matching name does not establish that a replacement link has preserved the original item or option.
Common beginner questions
Does saving an item in a spreadsheet place an order?
No. A saved find is a reference. Review and authorise any actual purchase separately.
Should I choose the delivery method before selecting the items?
You can investigate delivery requirements early, especially if they affect whether the purchase makes sense. Make the actual parcel choice using the relevant items and currently available options, not an unrelated example.
Can a product review tell me when my parcel will arrive?
A review can describe its author's experience. It does not establish the timing of your own shipment. Use your parcel record for its current state.
For a second opinion on the collection itself, read the Joyagoo spreadsheet review. If the next step involves an account, redirect or payment, pause for the checks in Is a Joyagoo spreadsheet safe? rather than treating a saved link as proof of a safe transaction.
