Use a Joyagoo spreadsheet to decide what to buy, then follow the actual order through the warehouse and parcel stages. Keeping those stages separate prevents a saved item from being mistaken for an order, or an item payment from being mistaken for complete UK delivery.

1. Select the item and variant

Start with one addition you need. For a layering candidate, inspect the web-design hoodie on OG. Compare its selected option with the measurements of a garment you already wear. Preserve the product address, size, colour and quantity using the link guide.

If several items are alternatives, mark the preferred one. Otherwise a shortlist can accidentally become a basket containing every option you considered.

2. Read the first payment

Joyagoo's shopping process separates the purchase and domestic transport stage from the later international parcel. Check the selected quantity, currency and payment amount before confirming. Retain the transaction record privately.

If a payment result is unclear, check the order and payment records before trying again. Repeating the action is not a reliable way to discover whether the first attempt succeeded.

3. Inspect each warehouse item

Review the actual item received, not another buyer's photographs. Match the option and look for visible damage. Ask for a specific measurement when the chart did not settle fit. Joyagoo's published QC scope describes visible checks; it does not replace a wearing or performance test.

For a mismatch, use the order's support or return process before submitting a parcel. The QC guide and returns guide explain those decisions. The time available for storing an item is not the same as its return-request window.

Joyagoo's eligible no-reason return policy uses a five-day, 120-hour window after QC, subject to the seller's conditions and the item remaining resalable. Keep tags and packaging while deciding. Underwear and custom-made items are among the exclusions. Check the request promptly rather than waiting for the storage deadline; the warehouse policy's 90 days from “Stored” does not extend return eligibility.

4. Compare one defined parcel

Choose the contents and packaging first. Then compare routes for the same UK destination, weight and packed dimensions. Changing the route and removing a box at the same time makes it difficult to identify why an estimate changed.

The UK shipping guide covers delivery planning. GOV.UK distinguishes Great Britain from Northern Ireland in its import guidance; enter the actual destination and check what the offered price includes instead of assuming one UK label settles every charge.

5. Follow the actual shipment

Check dispatch and tracking events for the parcel that contains your goods. Seller dispatch to a warehouse is a different event from international dispatch. If progress is unclear, ask about the recorded stage and date rather than count from the day you first saved the product.

Keep the recipient name, postcode and contact details accurate and private. The tracking guide explains how to read updates.

Joyagoo and older Joyabuy references

Joyagoo's help centre retains Joyabuy in some older addresses and navigation labels. When returning to an old spreadsheet, identify the current account and product destination. The naming alone does not establish that an old item or selected option is still available.

For the next purchase, return to the UK spreadsheet. Use the best-list comparison, review and safety checks as separate tools for deciding, not substitutes for the actual order record.
